The Who, What, Where Guide: An Information Source Pack for Organisations that Help Older People in Islington

Age Concern Islington has developed the following resource pack for use by organisations working with older people. It lists numerous local and national sources of help and support for older people and their carers, and indicates what sort of support might be available from each. It does not claim to be an exhaustive guide, but we hope you find it useful.

We have made the guide as accurate as we could, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, and inclusion does not constitute a recommendation. Please use the Feedback button to let us know of any corrections or useful additions to this list. Thank you.

Some amendments to the Who, What, Where Guide for those who have a hard copy version.

We were able to send a hard copy version of our Who, What, Where Guide to a number of local organisations when it was first produced. If you were one of those organisations, then you might find this amendment sheet of use. All the amendments shown in this sheet have been incorporated into the on-line version of the Who, What, Where Guide.

The final report, Going the Extra Mile, includes tips and best practice as well as detailed case studies that we hope will be useful to BME groups and the statutory sector alike.
